Break out the paint because it is diy time! Here are three paint-related projects that you should totally do this weekend…
1. (above) Create your own diy painted candle votives. Cheap, quick, and easy. What more can you ask for?
2. Learn how to dip-dye baskets (in paint) for a modern tote you can carry to the beach.
3. Paint your own diy block puzzle with this clever tutorial from Momtatsic.

Thanks for the great ideas! You could also do some 3D painting and create a papier-mache sculpture or paint any 3D form like wooden toys, pot plants, flower baskets, vases or any ornamental or decorative pieces. Just mix and blend colors for the base coat, and add small designs like ivy. For kids stuff you could create a chunky look by adding flour or starch or add glitter for sparkle.
Be colourful! 🙂
