When I think of parties and things, my brain almost always goes immediately to decor…. those tiny details are what bring every thing together and make it feel special. Right?
BUT for some reason, decorating myself (making sure my hair is just right and I don’t look like a crazy person makeup-wise) is the last thing I worry about, and often run out of time. Don’t get me wrong, I do put on makeup and try to do something to my hair, but I can’t promise that I don’t look crazy. Then again, if I had some easy go-to pieces that would make me look fancy without having to put in a ton of effort, I would be more apt to give it a go. You know what I mean?
So, in walks Treasured Details, an online shop run by Crystal Lynn Kamm to fill in those kinds of details (the kind of details that you wear). Every piece is handmade with care, which (no surprise) I love, and I thought you would too. Of course, pretty much everything in Crystal’s shop would work for a formal occasion, like a wedding, but I can definitely see her pieces fitting into other evening occasions as well – anniversaries, fancy dinner parties, etc.
You can shop Treasured Details on Etsy right here.
P.S. Today is Jeff and I’s wedding anniversary! I can’t believe all the fun things we’ve accomplished together in the last eight years (well, married for four, but together for eight). Without getting sappy, I’ll just say it’s been pretty cool.

Haha. Too funny…when I saw that bow, I thought of you Kel! Thanks for the anniversary wishes. 🙂
papernstitchYou know I love that little bow!! And Happy Anniversary, hope you can do something fun to celebrate!
Kelly @ Studio DIYYep, I know how that is. Thanks Becca.
papernstitchI’m in the same boat hair and makeup wise! I tend to use the same 3-5 hairstyles over and over again since I always forget to leave time to do something a little fancier.
Happy anniversary!
