All Modern Giveaway

It takes a lot of work to make a house a home. Whether its decorating and re-decorating each and every room of your home, choosing between the perfect sofas, or attempting to find the “right” wall color for the third time (we ran into this problem with our dining room), it can be difficult to pull everything together. Not to mention costly.

Luckily we have an amazing giveaway that starts today from the folks at the family of sites that can help out with that. We are giving away one of these three items to a lucky winner (winner’s choice).

Here are your choices…

Option No. 2: iittala Alvar Aalto 3.75″ Water Green Vase {retail value $70}

Option No. 3: Areaware Bestow Vase/Candle Holder {retail value $75}

Here’s how to enter…

You can enter up to two times and there are three ways to enter.

1. Subscribe to the papernstitch blog by clicking here and then leave a message in the comments that says “subscribed”. **I’ll know if you really did or did not subscribe, so let’s play fair.

Awesome giveaway!

I’ve been thinking about starting a kitchen herb garden, so that herb stand would be absolutely perfect!

Ooo, I subscribed, but also would be super happy to win the herb stand. So nice, and perfect to keep me growing throughout winter!

I think I really need the Normann Copenhagen Herb Stand.

Was already subscribed via feedly. I love the Alvar Aalto vase. Made me start a trip down to memory lane when we visited the iittala factory in Finland during a studytrip about 13 years ago.

The iittala Alvar Aalto 3.75″ Water Green Vase is so pretty. I can just see it now on my mantle with some pretty spring flowers!

I follow you through google. 🙂

I adore the Areaware Bestow Vase.
I subscribe to you through feedburner.

Love the vase! My favorite

Congratulations on your 200th post and bloggaversary! Thank you for choosing a generous way of celebrating. My choice is the water green vase. It holds two necessities of life– water and flowers. Water for the body and flowers for the soul.

First, I subscribe via Google Reader. (That bought me some time to decide on an item!)

I think I’d have to go with the herb stand. I could probably grow cat grass in there, too, and the kitties love that! And maybe it will keep them from eating my fresh cut roses…
My husband also loves fresh herbs!

I subscribe to your blog 🙂

Thanks for the chance to win!

I have sooo many vases so I would pick the herb stand – a must for summer 🙂

Thanks for the chance!!

catherine s.

First off, subscribed!

Secondly, I could not live without Normann Copenhagen’s herb stand! I would use this to grow a chamomile and mint herb plant because it will provide me with a sense of calmness in my world filled of college term papers and exams chaos…sigh…

Lastly, I tweeted about this. Follow me if you please! 🙂

No. 3: Areaware Bestow Vase/Candle Holder

Because when I was a toddler, we had a foot statue that I would play with all the time, until suddenly one day I realised it was a foot, but assumed it was a REAL foot, and cried and screamed until someone took it away. To this day, I still don’t like feet, but hands however, what a great design! Reminds me of the hands from Jim Henson’s Labryinth.

I adore the hand… too cute!

The Normann Copenhagen Herb Stand would be a dream come true in my kitchen. It is practical, functional, esthetically pleasing, and awesome! I can just see fresh mint and lemongrass on my counter! and love the little scissors that are right there attached to it. I would love to review/win that for sure.
Don’t get me wrong, aquas, greens, and seablue glass are part of my coastal decor project.. and having spent much time in Finland, I truly love so many of their designs. this vase would look great in the sunroom… But, I also noticed it is a mini vase… only 3 inches high… so that limits its usage to nosegays or mini floral arrangements…hmm..or seashells!! smmiling)

Okay. I totally thought of some more ideas that I could use with the help of Normann Copenhagen’s Herb Stand. I would use it to grow pleasant herbs to make herbal tea! I think the herb stand would be a great benefit to my growth of herbs like lemongrass, rosehips, lavender, orange mint, ooh my all kinds!

Also, I tweeted about the giveaway to spread the word!

And, subscribed.

The herb garden would be awesome but my cats would eat anything that grew out of it within seconds, so that’s no an option, which is okay because the Areaware Bestow Vase/Candle Holder is RIDONKULOUSLY AWESOME! I love unexpected stuff like that – throw people through a loop and make them laugh. I would totally drill a hole in the wall of my rental apartment and risk my landlady’s wrath for that item. For sure.

Meant to mention – I’m now a subscribed reader. =)

I like the Normann Copenhagen Herb Stand. Fresh herbs are so yummy, but it can be hard to keep a big bunch from spoiling before you use it all.

I just discovered your blog, but I’m loving how it inspires me. ^^
I think the hand vase is awesome, it sure captures eveyone’s attention but the Normann Copenhagen Herb Stand is something I could really use in my kitchen to have some aromatic herbs near when I cook! 😉

Areaware Bestow vase, because honestly it kinda gives me the creeps. And as everyone tells me…I have a thing for creeps.

Subscribed! (well I have been for awhile, so I don’t know if that counts!)

Man do I love that areaware – hand/vase thing. It’s so WEIRD. I love having a relatively normal decor scheme going on and then throwing something completely unexpected into the mix. This item would be PERFECT!

Certainly the vase is my favorite of the three. I follow with Google Reader

subscribed 🙂

I love the herb garden – the white & green would go perfectly in my kitchen PLUS I love using fresh herbs in cooking for the fam, so it would be a decorating cook’s delight!

I am now subscribed TWICE! I will never miss a post, now 🙂

Sarah Magee

I would love to have the herb garden. I need to start growing my own herbs for cooking, instead of running to the store everytime I get ready to start dinner.

I can’t live without option 3 because I always need a helping hand 🙂

The iittala vase for me. It has style and form and is quirky enough to make people think about how it works.

Kirsty C

Great giveaway! And I was a follower before, now I also subscribe to your feed in my Google reader 🙂

Tali Schiffer

I would love to have the “Areaware Bestow Vase/Candle Holder”. It’s so cool! I think though, that if I win it, I would actually try putting it standing upright on a shelf and then I’d find what to put in the palm (maybe I’d still put a candle, but with a drip plate underneath…)

Tali Schiffer

Ohhh, I just subscribed and I would LOVE that green vase. I have been eyeing one of a similar style at Crate & Barrel, but you can’t beat free!

I already subscribe.
I love the vase/candle holder, but the herb stand is also pretty nice.

I subscribe thru google reader 🙂

Sydney S

I would LOVE to win Option No. 2: iittala Alvar Aalto 3.75″ Water Green Vase, it would be the perfect piece to go in our living room that we just re-decorated!

Sydney S

To be honest i love the 2nd one because it reminds me to my very first and only trip outside my country. I went to Finland and saw those over some stores, i didnt have the money to buy them in fact i didnt travel with a lot of money so i couldnt buy those design things … and i dunno, they just remind me of that and my friends and i will love to have it at home.

I must have option-three with the hand. I’m obsessed with hand shapes for crafts. I have a large perennial garden so lots of flowers ready to be displayed in unusual way.

Elizabeth Brunner

wow…great site & great give away!

theresa dill

I would love the 3rd option!

I looove the vase. It would look great with some beach stones in the bottom to tuck stems into!

Tweeted about this awesome giveaway:)

I would love love the herb planters because I’m moving to a new place with not a lot of space inside or outside for an herb garden, but I don’t want to give up my fresh herbs!
