One of my favorite resources for books is a site called Book by its Cover, which is how I found out about this book, which I am now of course dying to get my hands on. But looking at books online will just never be the same as actually holding it in your hands and turning the pages (can you tell theat I am not a big fan of the Kindles?). Case and point…Last weekend, Jeff and I went to a BIG book sale and snagged about 30 hardcover books for $10! We wound up with a little bit of everything (mostly old art and design books, a couple on color theory, and a craft book or two) and probably picked up some books that we never would have thought to buy before, but when someone tells you that you can shove as many books into a brown paper bag as possible for $10, you accept the challenge. Right?
I spent a good amount of time scouring the art section and then meandered around looking for cool covers. Here’s a couple that I found above. I know they aren’t the greatest pictures, but I guess I can’t expect much from a camera phone. Have a cool pattern to share from one of your books? Leave the link in the comments. I would love to check em out.

I know what you mean about turning the pages in a book. It’s not the same with a Kindle, tho I think a Kindle is cool in it’s own right.
And the $10 bag challenge is one I’d be up for any day. How fun!
