Every once in a while, there’s an object that keeps popping up that I would never think of buying if I saw it on its own. Something in a color that typically doesn’t appeal to me. But everywhere I turn, these yellow chairs keep taking an otherwise neutral space and injecting a shot of life.
Yellow is not my favorite color. Ever since I had my ‘colors’ done and was told that the only yellow I could ever wear was a super-light icy tone, I have avoided it like the plague. But it is one of my husband’s favorites, so I try to keep an open mind. And these yellow chairs, ranging from powdered coated industrial, to refinished rattan, to modern marvel, are just the ticket.
Do you have a spot that a yellow chair might perk up?
