It’s nearly back to school season already! So, whether you have kiddos at home or are just looking for an excuse for a new lunch bag, I have you covered with a DIY canvas and leather version that works for adults and kids.
They’re sewn from hand painted water-resistant canvas, so you can mess with the dimensions, designs, etc to get it just right for you (or your kid). Here’s how to make your own!
These days, I’m all about the DIY jewelry projects, especially if they’re quick and easy. So, today I’m sharing a unique necklace project with an earthy modern vibe. Bonus! With a little brass tubing, thick leather, and a few other supplies, this DIY brass and leather necklace idea will take you less than 30 minutes to make!
We’ve all seen those DIY side tables that involve hairpin legs or something similar, but as much as I love that style, it doesn’t quite feel as original as it once did. So, I started looking around to see what other kinds of options I might be able to find for table legs when I decided to make my own side table for the guest bedroom and stumbled upon something that I really kind of love.
The finished project doesn’t look like a DIY at all. Does it? And the clean metal legs combined with the pink terrazzo tabletop give it some personality without being overbearing. My kind of project! Click through to see how I made this DIY side table, complete with resources for creating your own.
I have a doctors appointment this morning (which I actually enjoy going to now that I’m getting closer and closer to my due date). But when I get home, I plan to tackle a huge pile of projects that are finished but not yet scheduled. Because with two months left before baby, I’m doing my best to work ahead on projects so that there’s always a steady flow of content when that time comes.
ANYWAY, speaking of projects, I have some really, really good ones to share this week for weekend DIYs to try. That rattan sunburst mirror is SO good I can hardly stand it. And I HAVE to make those footed succulent planters.
