Have you ever felt like you’re in a rut in your creative business? Do you ever feel stuck and wanting to move forward, but have a hard time seeing a way out?
Sometimes we are just too far embedded into our situation to know what to do next. Sometimes, rather than more of the same, what we really need is some sort of big, radical, tremendous change.
This is my question for you today: how can you take something you feel stuck on – something that you aren’t sure how to move forward and shake it up? Forget thinking outside the box – how can you take the box, kick it over the edge of the mountain, and completely reinvent what you’re working with?
Radical Reinvention.
That’s a big phrase. BIG. But it can apply to things big and small in your business.
You could radically reinvent a product.
You could radically reinvent your bookkeeping method.
You could radically reinvent how you think about what’s possible in your business.
Think about something that you do these days for your business automatically, without thinking. What if you turned that upside down and did the opposite?
What if instead of responding to every email within four minutes of receipt, you responded within a day? Or two days? What might that allow more time for?
What if instead of automatically copying over photos of your sold etsy products into your new listings, you took some new photographs in a different light or with another camera?
What if, instead of visualizing toil and hard work as the key to success, you visualized yourself on the path of ease? With that path leading to success?
What if a different kind of success was possible for you?
What is one thing you can think of to change – today – in your business? Are you willing to give it a go?

Ashlie Blake (@PaintingBliss)Been there. Changed it ALL. Reinvention is a good thing!
Robin @ Red Line VintageSo glad to hear that Preemie. Tiffany’s suggestions will definitely work for any situation, whether you are flying solo or part of a team at a larger company. Being able to envision success in a different way and considering other paths to getting there is the larger message. Thanks for stopping by!

Nice post, Tiffany and Brittni!
I don’t have a business of my own. But I do have career pursuits and creative (hopefully career, one day) pursuits. Radical reinvention is definitely what I need right now. So thanks for the inspiration!
