This month, I’m happy to be in two of my favorite magazines: Uppercase (issue 20) and Mollie Makes (issue 35).
You may remember from this post that I was interviewed for the Blog Beautiful column in issue 19 of Uppercase. And now, for issue 20, I am interviewing one of my super good friends, Ashley from Sugar & Cloth. I asked her a bunch of questions, like how she balances two full time jobs (her blog and her creative designer position at Smilebooth), how in-person events have helped her grow her blog, etc. I may have also outed her as a crazy cat lady (even though I actually have more cats than she does), but I can’t remember.
You can check out the full interview on pages 16 and 17 of the latest issue of Uppercase.
And I’m happy to have my DIY cloud cork board featured in issue 35 of Mollie Makes magazine as well (page 65 if you want to take a look). But the icing on the cake? My dear friend Chelsea from Lovely Indeed is just a few pages from me, with an adorable ‘face plant’ painted potted plant project. You may remember it from her awesome eBook, Make Your Day, that she and Chelsey of The Paper Mama launched late last year. So nice to see friends in the same issue. Check ’em out on page 55.
You can find the cork cloud bulletin board that was featured right here.
And for anyone that may be new around here, here are a few of my favorite and most popular posts from the last year. That should give you a pretty good idea of what you’ll find around here.
So, anyway. Enough about me…
What’s going on with you this week? Any exciting news that you care to share?
