HOW TO MAKE AN ICE CREAM CONE HOLDER FROM A WOOD SERVING TRAY
A clever ice cream cone holder seems like a perfect summer project to try. So, today I’m sharing this easy summer project for a DIY ice cream cone holder.
- scrap wood or wood serving tray - 2 table clamps - drill - 1/2 inch spade bit - sandpaper
Determine how many holes you want to put into the wood you are using and how far apart you want the holes.
Then, clamp down the wood to keep it from moving around while drilling.
Next, using a spade bit, carefully drill the holes for each cone.
Sandpaper the inside of each hole if needed.
Wipe away any debris and it’s ready to use. That’s it! So simple, right?!
P.S. If you’re wondering where the green ice cream cones came from, They’re homemade matcha waffle cones, and they’re delicious if you want to try the recipe.
