Wednesday Workspace

workspace

I apologize for dropping the ball last week on Wed. Workspace, but it was my husband’s birthday and so I was gone all day celebrating with him and it just completely slipped my mind. To make up for it, I have rounded up two times the workstations for this one! Hope you enjoy them…

workspace

Even a slightly cluttered workspace can look clean and tiddy if there’s not a lot of color distraction. Using a palette of mostly white will help make your space feel fresh and calming. Add an accent color to a section of your office or studio to bring in definition and a focal point (like that beautiful fireplace).

Here’s another example of an all white palette. The painted, white wood floors make a small space feel larger.

workspace1If whites feel to cold for your space, try adding warmer tones in unexpected areas (meaning not the wall color). Rustic, vintage touches can help to make your workspace feel homey and comfortable. Try a wood desk and chair or some kind of hanging wall accent to bring in the warmth you are looking for.

The Well-Appointed Desk

So glad you like these posts Char. I have a lot of fun putting them together and this is one of my favorites so far. I would absolutely LOVE to have any of these workspaces for myself.
