I have a little somethin’, somethin’ to share this morning. And it kind of feels like Christmas is coming early (can you hear the jingle bells in the distance) because I’m giving away $250 to one lucky winner at the end of this week. Yep… $250!! Interested? Here’s the deal…

You may have heard that I teach a Skillshare course, The How-To on How-Tos, all about creating amazing share-worthy tutorials/ DIY projects. And as a part of the course, I’ve created a challenge – one that involves a cash prize… With the holidays right around the corner, I am hoping to inspire students to create something amazing for the busiest DIY season of the year. So I’m investing in one student’s dream project by offering a cash incentive of $250 in the form of a Visa gift card to help fund the crazy cool project you never thought you’d be able to make happen on your own.

Have you always wanted to create a giant photo booth backdrop made entirely of fresh flowers? Or buy power tools so you can design large scale furniture projects? Or pay a model or photographer to help you make your dream project come to life? One lucky grand prize winner will receive a $250 scholarship to spend however they’d like on supplies, tools, labor, whatever, to make their crazy, ‘wish I had the money to make this happen’ tutorial/project come to life. The winner will also get a 30 minute one on one video session with me to flesh out ideas for the project, etc.

And there are more prizes as well… Two runner-ups will each receive a 30 minute one on one video feedback/ brainstorming session with me and will also have their work featured in an upcoming post on Paper & Stitch, along with the grand prize winner.
