2 Minute Candy Cups Ideas
Sometimes things are just better in their mini versions and I feel like that might be the case for these tiny watercolor candy cups I made for Halloween.
They'd be a match for any other time of year too though - no ghosts or pumpkins required. Birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions are all fair game. Or no occasion at all...a holder for loose change, small jewelry, paper clips, etc. But if you choose to use them for candy year round, I definitely won't blame you.
Here's how to make your own tiny watercolor candy cups, in a couple of minutes...
Equipment
- natural bell cups
- paint
- paint brush
Instructions
- Dip you brush into acrylic non-toxic craft paint, then dip in water to thin it out a tiny bit.
- Then it's just a matter of running your brush over the bell cups in a haphazard pattern a few times until you get a pattern you like.
- Wait for them to dry, then add small pre-wrapped candies, or other items.
- Pretty basic, really. But super cute for parties, weddings, etc. I like to think of it as unexpected alternative to goody bags and larger party favors. Just something cute and tiny that guests can grab and go.
