Seed Crackers Recipe
Have you ever had seed crackers before? They're full of flavor with just a handful of ingredients - like chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, etc.
But the best part is you can customize the flavor with just a simple switch up. Add herbs for a savory twist, everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor, or a sprinkle of sea salt to bring out the nutty taste. Unlike store-bought versions, homemade seed crackers are fresh and free from unnecessary additives, making them the perfect snack for any time of day.

- 4 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup boiling water
Preheat your oven to 275 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper brushed with coconut oil and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the seeds and psyllium husk. Add boiling water, garlic and salt and stir well to combine.
Set aside for 15-20 minutes or until seeds absorb the water and thicken up. Pour the seed mixture onto the prepared tray.
Using the back of a spoon, spread out the mixture evenly with a thickness of about ⅛ inch. Bake for 20-25 minutes and rotate the tray halfway through.
Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the crackers are dried on the top and are golden brown and crisp.
