Have you ever had seed crackers before? They’re full of flavor with just a handful of ingredients – like chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, etc.

Homemade seed crackers are such a great snack, but they’re also perfect for holiday hosting and entertaining. They look cute and fancy on a charcuterie board, they’re delicious, AND gluten free. Which is especially nice for parties, in case anyone you’re hosting has a dietary restriction.
Bonus! You can change the flavor of these seed crackers with just a simple switch up. Add herbs for a savory twist, everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor, or a sprinkle of sea salt to bring out the nutty taste. Unlike store-bought versions, homemade seed crackers are fresh and free from unnecessary additives, making them the perfect snack for any time of day (or party any time of night).
And if you’re gifting homemade treats this year, seed crackers make a surprisingly thoughtful (and easy) addition. Stack a few in a small kraft box or glass jar, tie it up with ribbon, and add a sprig of rosemary or thyme. They pair well with cheese, dips, or even a jar of homemade jam, so they’re an instant crowd-pleaser for neighbors, friends, or teachers. Be sure to scroll down for a list of all the foods and spreads these crackers pair well with.
They also store really well, which makes them ideal for prepping ahead of time.
