Anytime cookies and cream are involved, you can pretty much count me in. So, I made some cookies and cream bark to add one more recipe t0 my bark list.
It’s only two ingredients, which makes it super easy and cost effective. So, if you happen to have any leftover Halloween Oreos, this recipe would be a good one to try. Here’s how to make your own…
Ingredients:
– almond bark or chocolate chips
– Oreo cookies (or similar)
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate or almond bark in the microwave (30 second intervals until completely melted, stirring in between each interval). Mix in about 3/4 of the Oreos into the melted chocolate. Pour onto a lined baking sheet (or a large paper plate). Add additional Oreos on top. Wait for the chocolate or almond bark to completely harden. Break up into pieces.
