How to Make a DIY Sugar Exfoliator
To make this scrub, just combine all of the ingredients below…
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil (you can also use honey or olive oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon vitamin E oil
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon any citrus essential oil
Then to use, scoop a small amount into your hands and scrub all over your face or body. Allow the scrub to sit on your skin for 1-2 minutes. Rinse well and use a clean towel to dry. You can use this scrub 2-3 times a week and if it’s stored in an airtight container, it should last for up to a month.
