It’s no secret that I’m a fan of sweets. A big fan, actually. Evidence here, here, and here. But there is one dessert that I am slightly more obsessed with than normal, at the moment. Macarons!
It has to be one of the most photographable treats on the planet. Am I right?
So instead of putting together a tutorial for these little guys (I had planned to paint them with the same edible paint that I made for the watermelon donuts), I thought I would just style a few photos instead…

Ah macaroons! I am an experienced baker and I am yet to make them….One of these days!!!Andrea
Now, I’ll just drool over the laptop for a minute….
I love macarons! I actually bought a set to prepare them because I’m a huge baking fan and I always make cupcakes and decorated cakes for everyone. So I thought I’ll try out to make some macarons. I just tried it once and they turned out.. well.. not really good 😀 They were delicious but the texture and de apperience was quite different than the original ones. I should really try it again. Thanks for remembering me! 😀Marianne

I hear that, Marlen. I would love to start making my own as well. But for now, they’re easy to buy from someone who knows what they’re doing. 🙂Brittni
:O I am making these immediately! If I actually LEARNED how to make them by myself I’d save sooo much money, haha!
