Easy Nutella fudge! If you’re a fan of this popular spread, I’m pretty sure you’ll like this easy Nutella fudge recipe, topped with toasted marshmallows. Yum! If I had thrown in some graham crackers, we’d have one serious s’more situation on our hands. But no graham crackers this time. Just the essentials.
Which is fine by me (and hopefully good with you too) because these little squares taste like what I would imagine a cup of Nutella hot chocolate would be like in fudge form. Not to shabby!
If you want to make a batch of your own (these fudge squares would be perfect for the fall and winter season), it’s really simple. Pinkie promise. Here’s what you’ll need to get started…
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 cup light brown sugar
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
– 3/4 cup Nutella spread
– 2 cups marshmallows, toasted
Instructions:
Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Add the milk, sugar, and salt to the sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cook the mixture, while stirring, for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Add the chocolate chips to the sugar mixture. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the Marshmallow Fluff and Nutella and mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan. Top with the toasted marshmallows and lightly press them in so that they stick.
Let the fudge cool completely. Remove from the pan and cut into pieces. Easy Nutella fudge all season long! I’m thinking about making a batch or two for the neighbors when we get into sweater weather around here or even during the holidays. What do you think?

Think you’ll give this Nutella recipe a try? What’s your favorite kind of fudge?
P.S. Try this breakfast cereal fudge recipe (my fave) for even more of a fudge fix.
