I’m not too big on giving gifts for Valentine’s Day, unless it is in the form of candy and cupcakes, but little love notes are pretty cool. Right? So here’s a thoughtful DIY idea for V-Day that will only take a few minutes to make and just a couple of bucks.
Supplies:
small box (I used one of these) // washi tape // sharpie metallic paint pen // old stamps (not collector’s items of course – I bought a bag of 30 or so stamps from Anthro a while back for $6) // pen or pencil for writing messages
How To:
So easy! Flip your tiny stamps over to the back and write a few mini love notes, share a quick story or two, or remind someone special why they’re so great. Then place all these mini love stamps inside a small box or other container. Add a little washi tape to seal the box and maybe a heart or two with your paint pen. That’s it. You are good to go: a thoughtful gift for your love on Valentine’s Day.

GemmaWhat a cute idea! a personal homemade gift is always more romantic I think. If you take the time to make something for someone else it just say that you care more.
TanyaSo cute and simple! I always thought DIY was much more meaningful than store-bought, especially on Valentine’s! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
