Coconut Amaretto Popsicles

Aside from ice cream, popsicles are my go-to summer snack on a hot day. And, in case I haven’t mentioned it enough lately, it’s really hot here right now. For real. Are you dealing with serious summer heat this year too?

OH MAN!!!!!!! There should be a warning label on this post. “Proceed with caution, or at least arm yourself with a few popsicles molds first.” 😉 I want to make all of these!!! The fruity pebbles ones still own my heart, though.
